Pre-Birth Order Application
Around the 7th month of pregnancy, our legal team files a Pre-Birth Order application with the CNMI Superior Court. This order names the intended parents as the legal parents of the child.
Birth & Documentation
When the baby is born, the hospital issues the birth certificate directly in the intended parents' names. The surrogate's name does not appear. The PBO is the legal authority for this.
