Our CRM provider (crm.ybivf.com), where lead details are stored so our team can respond
Analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads) for measurement — these receive event data, not your name or phone number
Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use a small number of technologies:

Google Analytics & Google Ads cookies — to measure site traffic and, after a successful form submission, to record a conversion event so we can see which channels work.
Session storage — a browser-only store used only during your visit. After you submit the form we temporarily keep your name, phone, and a "pending" flag there so the thank-you page can greet you and fire the conversion event. These values are cleared as soon as the thank-you page loads and are never sent to our servers.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though analytics and conversion measurement will be limited.

6. International Data Transfers

Because we are a US-territory clinic serving patients from Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China, and across Asia, your information may be processed in the United States and by providers located outside your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Data Security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures — encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls on our CRM, and least-privilege staff access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data at every step.

8. Data Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or medical record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 9).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion of your information
Opt out of marketing contact
Withdraw consent you previously gave
