You arrive and attend your baseline scan on Day 1–2 of your period. Daily self-injections begin, with monitoring appointments every 2–3 days. Between visits, Saipan is yours to explore — beaches, restaurants, and island life.

When follicles reach the target size, we schedule your trigger injection — timed precisely 36 hours before retrieval. Egg retrieval is a 15–20 minute procedure under light sedation. You'll wake up in our recovery room and rest at your hotel for the remainder of the day.

Over the next 5–6 days, our embryology team cultures your embryos to blastocyst stage. At Day 5–6, viable blastocysts are biopsied for PGT-A genetic testing and vitrified. Most patients return home 2–3 days after retrieval.

PGT-A results arrive within 2–3 weeks. We report which embryos are chromosomally normal (euploid). You then begin endometrial preparation — oral estrogen for 2–3 weeks — done entirely at home with a local ultrasound check before you travel.

A frozen embryo transfer is a simple, painless outpatient procedure — no anesthesia required. We thaw your euploid embryo, confirm its quality, and place it in the uterus using ultrasound guidance. The whole procedure takes 5–10 minutes.
